I am interested in interdisciplinary computational problems. I started out applying artificial intelligence techniques to the problem of VLSI design. Since then, I have worked on problems in many different areas. Some of my research projects include:
- Modeling Cell Signaling Cascades
Collaborators: Dr. Robert Kurt (Biology)
- Modeling of Fish Locomotion
Collaborators: John H. Long Jr. (Biology, Vassar College), Marianne Porter (Biology, Vassar College), Robert G. Root (Mathematics, Lafayette)
- Tutoring Systems for Data Structures
CS 150 - Data Structures
& Containers |
CS 420 - Artificial Intelligence |
